1 绪言近年来,在对产生裂纹的构件进行强度评价上,广泛地应用线性断裂力学,但对齿轮这类机械零件,却很少应用。然而,即使对于齿轮来讲,当发现齿轮面上产生了点蚀,或者,在加工和使用中,由于某种原因产生了裂纹时,则需要定量地分析它们对强度的影响。这也是当前一项重大课题。这时,如果能够知道裂纹尖端附近的应力强度因子和由应力强度因子幅度所确定的材料的裂纹扩展速度等数据,就能判断已发现的裂纹是否是发展性的,如果是发展性
