为了提升原始UDP协议的表现,多种可靠的UDP协议带有流控制方案。然而,所有现存的方案都会有一个或者多个缺点,从而造成对优化表现的障碍。在本文中,我们提出了RMNF框架,一种有效的和灵活的支持RUDP的流控制框架。我们的框架作用于传输层UDP和应用层之间。同时为传输层和应用层提供函数和接口,RMNF是能够支持策略适应和参数调整来做到优化应用表现。大量的实验数据表明RMNF作用明显,在吞吐量和错误率方面都比UDT和Tsunami有了显著提升。
In order to enhance the performance of the original UDP protocol, a variety of reliable UDP protocol with a flow control scheme. However, all existing solutions have one or more shortcomings that create obstacles to optimizing performance. In this paper, we propose the RMNF framework, an effective and flexible flow control framework that supports RUDP. Our framework acts between the transport layer UDP and the application layer. At the same time for the transport layer and application layer to provide functions and interfaces, RMNF is able to support policy adaptation and parameter adjustment to optimize application performance. A large number of experimental data show that RMNF has a clear effect and significantly improves both throughput and error rate over UDT and Tsunami.
