11月10日,第四届全国县域经济基本竞争力百强县(市)评选结果公布,引起了众多媒体的关注。县域经济在中国社会经济版图中地位重要,全国县域人口占全国总人口的70.88％,可以说没有县域经济发展,就没有全面小康战略目标的实现。 西部地区由于农业人口众多,县域经济的发展更为重要,虽然此次评选结果百强县大多分布于长三角、珠三角、环渤海等“三大圈”中,但是相对于前三届评选结果,西部省区的排名上升引人注目,为了让西部人在对比中看到差距,找到不足、增添信心,我们特将聚焦点放到此次百强评比上。

In order to make Westerners see the difference in the comparison and find inadequacies and increase their confidence, we will focus our attention on the top 100 assessments.
