目的分析回、汉族儿童代谢综合征(MS)及相关指标,为预防儿童MS的发生提供基础数据。方法分层整群随机抽取宁夏银川和吴忠2市的小学、中学和高中各3所7~18岁学生2 365名,进行相关体格检查和生化指标检测。结果学生MS总检出率为2.6%,汉族为3.0%,回族为1.8%。腹型肥胖、高血压、高血糖、高三酰甘油(TG)和低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)总检出率分别为12.6%,9.0%,0.7%,7.9%和30.9%,其中汉族为13.2%,10.0%,0.8%,7.8%,27.0%,回族为11.2%,6.8%,0.5%,8.2%和39.4%,回族高血压检出率低于汉族,低HDL-C检出率高于汉族(P值均<0.05)。回、汉族儿童同性别MS相关指标水平比较,男、女生的HDL-C水平回族均低于汉族,男生TG水平回族高于汉族(P值均<0.01)。同性别回、汉族学生的MS组分(1项指标、2项指标、腹型肥胖合并1项指标异常)及MS检出率比较,1项指标异常检出率均为回族高于汉族(P值均<0.05)。随着年龄的升高,MS组分及其检出率升高。结论宁夏儿童MS及相关指标异常检出率较高,预防儿童MS的发生刻不容缓。
Objective To analyze the metabolic syndrome (MS) and related indicators of children in Hui and Han Chinese and provide basic data for preventing the occurrence of MS in children. Methods A total of 2 365 students aged 7-18 years from primary schools, secondary schools and high schools in Ningxia Yinchuan and Wuzhong 2 were randomly selected for stratified cluster analysis, and related physical examination and biochemical indexes were tested. Results The total detection rate of MS was 2.6%, Han 3.0% and Hui 1.8%. The overall detection rates of abdominal obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia, TG and HDL-C were 12.6%, 9.0%, 0.7%, 7.9% and 30.9%, respectively Han were 13.2%, 10.0%, 0.8%, 7.8%, 27.0%, Hui were 11.2%, 6.8%, 0.5%, 8.2% and 39.4%, respectively. Rate was higher than Han (P <0.05). The level of HDL-C in Hui and Han children was lower than that of Han nationality in male and female, while the TG level in male was higher than that in Han (P <0.01). The mean MS detection rate of MS patients (1 item, 2 items, 1 case of abdominal obesity combined with 1 item of abnormality) and MS detection rate of the same sex back was higher in Hui nationality than in Han nationality All <0.05). As the age increases, the MS fraction and its detection rate increase. Conclusion The detection rate of abnormal MS and related indicators in children in Ningxia is high, and it is urgent to prevent the occurrence of MS in children.
