改革开放三十多年的实践表明,中国区域经济的发展不仅同物质条件、自然资源息息相关,更与人力资本结构密不可分。人力资本结构间接促使区域经济改变。从整体上来说,人力资本结构的各个部分对区域经济的发展起着驱动作用,而区域经济的发展又是人力资本结构不断前进的内在力量。然而,在现今各区域发展的过程中,由于未能合理调用、分配人力资源,导致区域经济发展的诸多不平衡。本文对人力资本结构对区域经济增长的影响分析,结合当今社会区域经济发展所存在的问题,提出合理的改进方案。
The practice of more than 30 years of reform and opening up shows that the development of China’s regional economy is not only closely linked to the material conditions and natural resources but also to the human capital structure. Human Capital Structure Indirectly Promotes Regional Economic Change. As a whole, all parts of human capital structure play a driving role in the development of regional economy, and the development of regional economy is an inherent force in the continuous advance of human capital structure. However, in the course of the development of all regions in the world, due to the failure to allocate and allocate manpower resources reasonably, many imbalances in regional economic development have been caused. This paper analyzes the impact of human capital structure on regional economic growth and puts forward reasonable improvement plans based on the existing problems in regional economic development in today’s society.
