汤剂在其煎煮过程中有些患者感到不方便,如一剂中药煎煮时,有的须先煎、后下、烊化等,尤其是后下的药物容易忘漏,没有放下煮;或因一些患者对后下药不易理解,使同其它药一起煮,这样就会影响药物的疗效。对此实际问题,笔者将其特殊煎法后下一项改进的设想浅谈之。所谓后下,是指有些药物的有效成分受热后容易挥发逸散,或受热时间稍长即被破坏,这些药物须后下,一般在其它药物煎好之前5~10分钟加入共煎,
