[目的]研究bcl 2和p16蛋白与人脑星形细胞瘤发生的关系。[方法]收集人脑星形细胞瘤标本进行SP染色。[结果]bcl 2在星形细胞瘤中阳性表达率为66 67%(30/45) ,且表达率与星形细胞瘤病理分级无关。p16在星形细胞瘤中阳性表达率为48 89%(22/45) ,显著低于对照组 ,且病理级别越高 ,p16阳性表达率越低。p16与bcl 2表达之间无相关性。[结论]bcl 2和p16蛋白的表达与星形细胞瘤的发生、发展有较密切的关系 ,但它们在星形细胞瘤的发生中可能各自有独立的作用机制。
[Objective] To study the relationship between bcl 2 and p16 proteins and the occurrence of human astrocytomas. [Methods] Human brain astrocytoma specimens were collected for SP staining. [Results] The positive rate of bcl 2 in astrocytoma was 66 67% (30/45), and the expression rate was not related to the pathological grade of astrocytoma. The positive expression rate of p16 in astrocytoma was 48 89% (22/45), which was significantly lower than that of the control group. The higher the pathological grade was, the lower the positive rate of p16 expression was. There was no correlation between p16 and bcl 2 expression. [Conclusion] The expression of bcl 2 and p16 protein has a close relationship with the occurrence and development of astrocytoma, but they may have independent mechanisms in the occurrence of astrocytoma.
