论文依托南京理工大学自动化学院过程控制实验室的建设,介绍了过程控制实验系统的组成,重点讲述用于实验教学的不同层次的实验,分析了这些实验的内容以及相互关系,通过系统网络结构及监控实验环节深化了西门子全集成自动化的工业网络模型。实践证明这些实验内容对促进过程控制教学、教师科研、培养学生掌握过程控制系统设计的能力等方面有着重要意义。
Based on the construction of the process control laboratory of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, this paper introduces the composition of the process control experiment system, focuses on the different levels of experiments for experimental teaching, analyzes the contents and interrelations of these experiments, Monitoring and control of the process of deepening Siemens Totally Integrated Automation industrial network model. Practice has proved that these experimental contents are of great significance in promoting process control teaching, teacher research, training of students’ ability to master process control system design and so on.
