目的观察低剂量5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)长期持续静滴治疗常规含5-Fu类方案失败的晚期恶性肿瘤的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 19例经传统的含5-Fu类方案化疗失败的晚期恶性肿瘤患者,给予5-Fu200mg/(m2.d)微量泵持续静脉滴注,治疗至疾病进展,每30d后以RECIST评价标准评价疗效,以NCI抗癌药物毒副反应0～Ⅳ级评价毒性反应。结果全组19例均可评价,其中完全缓解(CR)0例,部分缓解(PR)2例,稳定(SD)8例,进展(PD)9例,有效率(RR)10.5%,临床获益率(CR+PR+SD)52.6%。毒副反应主要是Ⅰ～Ⅱ级胃肠道反应及手足综合征。结论低剂量5-氟尿嘧啶长期持续静滴治疗常规含5-Fu类方案失败的晚期恶性肿瘤的近期疗效较好,毒副反应较低,值得进一步研究应用。
Objective To observe the short-term efficacy and side effects of long-term continuous infusion of low-dose 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors which failed in the conventional 5-Fu regimen. Methods Nineteen patients with advanced malignant tumor who had failed chemotherapy with 5-Fu regimen were given continuous intravenous drip of 5-Fu 200mg / (m2.d) micro-pump to treat the disease, and evaluated every 30 days according to RECIST criteria Curative effect, to NCI anticancer drug side effects 0 ~ 4 grade evaluation of toxicity. Results All of the 19 patients were eligible for evaluation. There were 0 complete remission (CR), 2 partial remission (PR), 8 stable (SD) and 9 progressive (PD) patients. The effective rate was 10.5% Rate of return (CR + PR + SD) 52.6%. Toxic side effects are mainly Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ gastrointestinal reactions and hand-foot syndrome. Conclusion Long-term continuous infusion of low-dose 5-Fluorouracil for long-term treatment of advanced malignant tumors with advanced 5-Fu-containing regimens has good short-term efficacy and low toxic and side effects, which deserves further study.
