As the number of cloned genes increases, the number of mutations detected in these cloned genes is also increasing. Many mutations have an important relationship with human diseases. The question is how can the detected mutations play an important role in clinical practice. This important role is obvious for genetic diseases, but we are constantly aware that this change in the genome can cause inherited and sporadic tumors, which means that these technologies have a more important role in oncology. Like pathogens such as viruses, the identification of sequence variations is not only important for the study of convalescent epidemiology, but there are now indications that the mechanism of drug resistance is sometimes associated with DNA levels.
