中华人民共和国的法制建设已经走过了四十年的历程。四十年奋斗,四十风雨,中国人民在民主和法制建设道路上既积累了丰富的经验,又留下了深刻的教训。现在是到了认真总结这些经验和教训的时候了。从本期起,本刊将陆续发表有关文章,以表纪念。对我国四十年来法制建设方方面面的经验和教训,学者间还有不同的看法。我们本着贯彻“双百”方针和尊重作者的精神,照发有关稿件。读者有何意见,请随时告诉我们。
The legal construction of the People’s Republic of China has gone through 40 years of history. After 40 years of struggle and 40th winds and rainstorms, the Chinese people have both accumulated rich experience and profound lessons on the road to democracy and legal system construction. It is time to concisely summarize these experiences and lessons. Starting from this issue, we will publish relevant articles in succession to commemorate the occasion. There are still different opinions among scholars on the experience and lessons learned from all aspects of legal system construction in the past 40 years in our country. We follow the principle of “double hundred” and respect the author’s spirit, according to the manuscript. Readers have any comments, please feel free to tell us.
