采用“偶道次轧制”工艺轧制汽车板,其优点是减小了卷取张力和减少了黑带缺陷,但带来的弊端也不少,如产量低、质量难以控制、能耗高等。针对上述问题,我们研究采用麻面辊轧制工艺轧制汽车板,消除“偶道次轧制”。为此,进行了新工艺试验,其效果良好,粘结为零,一级品率为98.9%,轧机小时能力提高37.2%。如今不但汽车板采用麻面辊轧制,而且也推广到其它优质板的生产。
Adopting the “even rolling” technology to roll the car plate has the advantages of reducing the winding tension and reducing the black belt defect, but brings many drawbacks such as low output, difficult quality control and high energy consumption . In response to the above problems, we study the use of puddle roll rolling car plate, eliminating the “occasional rolling.” To this end, a new process test was carried out with good results with zero sticking, a first-class product rate of 98.9% and a mill hour capacity of 37.2%. Nowadays, not only the automobile plate is rolled with puddle, but also the production of other high quality plates.
