采用P53和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)单克隆抗体,以免疫组织化学方法检测5例正常膀胱组织和58例膀胱癌组织中P53蛋白和EGFR表达状况。结果表明:5例正常膀胱组织中未发现P53和EGFR阳性表达,58例膀胱癌组织中P53和EGFR阳性表达率分别为55.2%(32/58)和58.6%(34/58),阳性表达的EGFR和P53分别定位于肿瘤组织细胞膜上和细胞核内,并且P53蛋白和EGFR阳性表达率与膀胱癌的组织分级,临床分期和患者术后生存期有关。提示P53和EGFR蛋白阳性表达参入膀胱癌发生和发展过程,有可能作为评价膀胱癌预后的新参数。
P53 and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) monoclonal antibodies were used to detect the expression of P53 protein and EGFR in 5 cases of normal bladder tissue and 58 cases of bladder cancer by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that no positive expression of P53 and EGFR was found in 5 cases of normal bladder tissue. The positive rates of P53 and EGFR in 58 cases of bladder cancer were 55.2% (32/58) and 58.6% (34/58) respectively, The positive expression rates of EGFR and P53 were located on the cell membrane and in the nucleus of tumor respectively. The positive rates of P53 protein and EGFR were related to the histological grade, clinical stage and survival time of patients with bladder cancer. It is suggested that the positive expression of P53 and EGFR may be involved in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer, which may be used as a new parameter to evaluate the prognosis of bladder cancer.
