本文介绍了在钨酸铵碱性溶液中萃取分离钨钼的方法。试验以经过离子交换除去硅、磷、砷的含钼钨酸铵溶液为原料,经过硫化转化,用季铵盐从碱性钨酸铵溶液中直接萃取分离钨钼,实现了钨的深度净化。三氧化钨收率>90%,其三氧化钨产品钼含量可达到FWO_3-1标准。含钼负荷有机相经过反萃,可继续循环使用。该方法工艺流程简单、原材料来源广泛、操作条件易于掌握控制,是溶剂萃取分离钨钼工艺方法的一次新的尝试。
This article describes the extraction of tungsten and molybdenum in ammonium tungstate alkaline solution. In the experiment, the solution containing silicon, phosphorus and arsenic containing molybdenum ammonium tungstate which was removed by ion exchange was used as raw material. After the sulfide conversion, the tungsten and molybdenum were directly extracted and separated from the alkaline ammonium tungstate solution by quaternary ammonium salt to achieve the deep purification of tungsten. Tungsten trioxide yield> 90%, the tungsten content of tungsten trioxide products can reach the standard FWO_3-1. Containing molybdenum load organic phase after stripping, can continue to recycle. The method has the advantages of simple process flow, wide source of raw materials, easy operation and control of the operation conditions, and is a new attempt of solvent extraction and separation of tungsten and molybdenum process.
