机关党支部的工作要适应新形势、解决新问题,不断推动机关党建工作迈上新台阶,就必须建立和加强机关党支部建设机制。一要建立党员教育管理机制,加强党员的教育管理。要按照“三个代表”重要思想要求,以坚定理想信念,增强党性,发挥先锋模范作用为目标,开展好党的各项教育活动。要严格执行党员的组织生活,坚持“三会一课”、“民主生活会”、“民主评议党员”等制度。由于机关人员中党员领导干部人数较多,因此特别要落实好领导干部双重组织生活制度。通过严格的党内生活,加强对党员的教育管理,使每个党员都自觉地把自己置于党组织的严格管理之中。
