目的总结应用支架结合弹簧圈和单纯应用覆膜支架治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的初步经验。方法回顾分析12例颅内宽颈动脉瘤,10例应用支架结合弹簧圈技术治疗,2例颈动脉海绵窦段动脉瘤应用覆膜支架治疗。结果应用支架结合弹簧圈技术治疗10例,8例完全栓塞,2例大部分(>95%)栓塞。应用覆膜支架治疗2例动脉瘤完全闭塞。影像随访10例3～12月,动脉瘤完全消失。临床随访12例,死亡1例。结论在栓塞宽颈颅内动脉瘤时选择应用支架结合弹簧圈技术或单纯应用覆膜支架可取得满意疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the preliminary experience of the treatment of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms with stent combined with coil and stent-graft alone. Methods 12 cases of wide-necked intracranial aneurysm were retrospectively analyzed. Ten cases were treated with stent combined with coil spring technique. Two cases of carotid-cavernous sinus aneurysm were treated with stent-graft. Results 10 cases were treated with stent combined with coil spring technique, 8 cases were completely embolized and 2 cases were mostly embolized (> 95%). Two cases of aneurysm occlusion were treated with stent graft. The follow-up of 10 cases from March to December, the aneurysm completely disappeared. Clinical follow-up in 12 cases, 1 case of death. Conclusion In the embolization of wide-necked intracranial aneurysm, the stent-assisted coil technique or purely coated stent can be used to obtain satisfactory curative effect.
