目的:建立用反相高效液相色谱(RP一HPLC)法测定暖宫舒经颗粒中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18柱,乙腈-甲醇-0．2％磷酸溶液(100:180: 720),用三乙胺调节pH值至3为流动相,检测波长282nm。结果:延胡索乙素在 0．2012～1．0060μg范围内与色谱峰面积呈线性关系;回归方程:Y=13681．7X+ 1430．0,r=0．9996;平均加样回收率及RSD分别为99．52％和0．96％。结论:该法简便、快速,测定结果重现性好,可用于该药质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Nuangongshujing granules by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). METHODS: Kromasil C18 column, acetonitrile-methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (100:180: 720) was used. The pH was adjusted to 3 using triethylamine as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 282 nm. Results: The linear relationship between the tetrahydropalmatine and chromatographic area was in the range of 0.2012～1.0060μg. The regression equation was Y=13681.7X+1430.0,r=0.9996. The average recovery and RSD were 99.52% and 0.96%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, and has good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of the drug.
