基于陕西省电子信息产业发展的制约因素建立了系统动力学模型,继而利用Vensim软件对其进行仿真分析。由此模型揭示了影响陕西电子信息产业发展的主要因素是人才、市场、技术创新等,并揭示陕西电子信息产业系统的复杂性,是多因素、长时间、动态作用的结果。从而提出加快陕西省电子信息产业发展的对策建议。
Based on the restrictive factors of the development of electronic information industry in Shaanxi Province, a system dynamics model was established, and then the Vensim software was used to simulate it. The model reveals that the main factors influencing the development of Shaanxi electronic information industry are talent, market, technological innovation, and reveal the complexity of Shaanxi electronic information industry system, which is the result of multi-factor, long-term and dynamic effect. Thus put forward to speed up the Shaanxi electronic information industry development countermeasure suggestion.
