应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对三月红、淮枝的焦核突变株系与对照株系及另2个品种(黑叶和糯米糍)进行了过氧化物酶(PER)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)同工酶分析。结果表明:大核三月红和焦核三月红的叶片及枝皮的PER,PPO同工酶均有区别,而淮枝上则未见明显差异;各荔枝品种及器官一般都具有各自的特异性酶谱;同一品种的幼叶与成熟叶的同工酶谱一般不完全相同,但同一品种的嫁接小苗与成年结果树的叶片同工酶谱则没有差别。
