本文从X射线衍射强度测定了高速钢中MC碳化物相的德拜特征温度(θ_(DE)),并从理论上提出直接计算合金相的德拜特征温度(θ_(DT))的模型θ_(DT)=sum from i=1 to n C_i(θ_D)_i式中n:合金相中的组元数,C_i:第i组元的原子百分含量,(θ_D)_i:第i组元的德拜特征温度。从实验上得出,本文提出的模型是合理的。
In this paper, the Debye characteristic temperature (θ_ (DE)) of MC carbide phase in HSS was measured from the intensity of X-ray diffraction and a theoretical model was proposed to directly calculate the Debye characteristic temperature (θ_ (DT)) of alloy phase θ_ (DT) = sum from i = 1 to n C_i (θ_D) _i where n: the number of components in the alloy phase, C_i: the atomic percentage of the i component, (θ_D) _i: Debye characteristic temperature. Experimentally, the model proposed in this paper is reasonable.
