早在本世纪50年代,许多研究提示 NAD 除作为丰富的呼吸酶的辅酶外,还可能有其他的重要作用。大约10年之后才证明 NAD 可作为聚(ADP-核糖)合成酶(P-ADP-RSase)的底物用于合成聚(ADP-核糖)(P-ADP-R)以修饰核蛋白。近10年来,关于真核细胞和原核细胞中、聚和单(ADP-核糖)化作用及其有关酶系统、生物学机能等方面,都有了较多的了解。由于 P-ADP-R 直接关系到 DNA 的合成及其有关机能,因此,日益受到有关方面重视。
As early as the 1950s, many studies suggested that NAD may have other important effects besides its coenzyme as a rich respiratory enzyme. It was only about 10 years later that NAD could be used as a substrate for poly(ADP-ribose) synthetase (P-ADP-RSase) for the synthesis of poly(ADP-ribose) (P-ADP-R) to modify nucleoproteins. In the past 10 years, we have learned more about eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells, poly- and mono-(ADP-ribose) ization, and related enzyme systems and biological functions. Because P-ADP-R is directly related to the synthesis of DNA and its related functions, it is increasingly concerned by relevant parties.
