根据《干部档案工作条例》要求,干部档案应该是干部个人经历、政治素质、业务能力、工作实绩的客观记载,是历史地、全面地了解干部和正确选拔使用干部的重要依据。近几年来,随着清理、整理干部档案工作的开展,发现一些档案存在着错乱现象,主要是有的干部填写个人履历表时,在年龄、工龄和学历上前后不一。比较普遍的是年龄越填越小,参加工作时间越填越早,学历越填越高。这些现象是当前干部档案中一个比较突出的问题,也是群众最不满意的问题之一。干部档案中弄虚作假现象,虽然不象贪污受贿那样触目惊心,但也属于徇私舞弊的一种消极腐败行为,其危害性不容忽视。
According to the requirements of the “Regulations on the Work of Cadres Files,” cadre files should be an objective record of cadres’ personal experiences, political qualities, professional capabilities and performance, and an important basis for historically and comprehensively understanding cadres and correctly selecting and using cadres. In recent years, as the work of cleaning up and sorting cadres’ files has been carried out, some files have been found to be in disorder. The main reason is that when some cadres fill out their personal resumes, they have different ages, seniority and qualifications. More common is the age of the smaller, to fill in the working time, fill the higher, higher education filling. These phenomena are one of the more prominent problems in the current cadre files and one of the most unsatisfactory issues for the masses. Although fraud and fraud in cadre files are not as shocking as corruption and bribery, they are also negative corrupt practices of favoritism and malpractice, and their harmfulness can not be ignored.
