红外光电探测器的电输出与辐射信号的功率输入成正比,其性能特征可以用特别规定的参数予以说明。本文简要谈谈这些参数及其有关的测试技术。为提供掌握探测器性能的专门资料,本文根据标准报告数据,建议采用外推法与内插法。文章侧重于计算r_(ss)的数值,以便在给定的入射辐射通量光谱范围内,给出量子探测器响应与“黑体”(或“灰体”)探测器响应的对比情况。对目前最新的探测器,包括用赝二元合金半导体碲镉汞和锡铅硫属化合物制作的探测器也做了一般介绍。
The electrical output of an infrared photodetector is directly proportional to the power input to the radiated signal and its performance characteristics can be specified using specially defined parameters. This article briefly talks about these parameters and their related testing techniques. In order to provide specialized information on detector performance, this paper recommends extrapolation and interpolation based on standard reporting data. The paper focuses on calculating the value of r_ (ss) to give a comparison of the quantum detector response to the “black body” (or “gray body”) detector response over a given spectral range of incident radiation flux. The current state of the art detectors, including probes made of pseudo-binary alloy semiconductor cadmium mercury telluride and tin-lead-chalcogenide compounds, are also described.
