研究了锌元素对镁锡合金塑性的影响。实验合金在电阻坩埚炉中熔制,镁合金成分有Sn1~5%和Zn1.0~4.0%,并含适量钙、硅和铅。通过拉伸强度测试和冲击试验,表明合适的锌和锡含量,可使含镁合金的抗拉强度达到190MPa,伸长率可以达到18%,约是AZ91合金的伸长率(6%)的3倍,冲击韧性可达20J/cm2,是AZ91合金冲击韧性(9J/cm2)的2倍多。锌和锡元素的结合对镁合金的力学性能改善有较大的促进作用。
The effect of zinc on the plasticity of magnesium-tin alloy was studied. The experimental alloy is melted in a resistance crucible furnace. The magnesium alloy contains Sn1-5% and Zn1.0-4.0%, and contains proper amounts of calcium, silicon and lead. Through the tensile strength test and impact test, it shows that the suitable zinc and tin content can make the tensile strength of the magnesium-containing alloy reach 190MPa, the elongation can reach 18%, about the elongation of the AZ91 alloy (6%) 3 times the impact toughness of up to 20J / cm2, AZ91 alloy impact toughness (9J / cm2) more than twice. The combination of zinc and tin has a great effect on improving the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy.
