本文报道了对板栗(Castanea mollissima,Bl.)部分品种的光合速率、光呼吸速率及影响品种间光合速率差异的主要因子的研究。结果表明,板栗品种间光合速率、光呼吸速率差异显著,光合速率的大小与品种的原产地有关。在所测诸因子中,叶绿素a、叶绿素(a+b)及比叶重与光合速率的相关性不明显,而气孔分布状况、栅栏组织的相对厚度及叶绿素b含量与品种间光合速率大小有关,达到极显著或显著水平,可以作为高光效品种的考察指标。
In this paper, the main factors that affect the photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic rate and the difference of photosynthetic rate among some varieties of Castanea mollissima (Bl.) Were reported.
