中国对虾工厂化育苗技术近几年有了明显提高,但对于育苗单位来说都没有绝对把握做到稳产高产,究其原因除了水质污染日趋严重,技术管理不够完善外,病害是主要原因。而病害中又以弧菌病最常见,危害性最大,往往使幼体全军覆灭,因此该病防治成功与否直接关系到育苗生产成败。一、对虾幼体弧菌病特点及原因分析1.患病特点:海洋中的多种弧菌均可引起溞状幼体、糠虾幼体及仔虾发病。溞状幼体患病时,活力明显下降,趋光性弱,个体瘦小,全身均可见弧菌,更常见于头胸部,严重时体色发白,摄食能力差,胃肠中空。
