中国科学院近代物理研究所通过技术创新,长期致力于在中国西北地区推进甜高粱产业,在甜高粱培育、储存、发酵以及菌种和酵母系列产品开发等方面取得了一系列喜人成果。甜高粱是非粮食作物,生长耗水量仅为玉米的1/3,亩产可高达5 ̄10t,其茎秆汁液是发酵制造酒精和培养酵母的理想生物质原料。甜高粱的叶子、榨汁后的茎秆渣以及籽粒还是上好的优质饲料。
The Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, through technological innovation, has long been committed to promoting the sweet sorghum industry in northwestern China and has made a series of gratifying achievements in the cultivation, storage and fermentation of sweet sorghum, as well as the development of series of strains and yeasts. Sweet sorghum is a non-food crop, the growth of water consumption is only 1/3 of corn, per mu can be as high as 5 ~ 10t, its stem juice is the ideal fermentation of alcohol production and yeast culture of raw materials. The leaves of sweet sorghum, juicer stalks and grains are still good quality fodder.
