HSV-1 as an antigen ELISA method for the detection of B virus-related antibodies and the same specimens in foreign countries with B virus as antigen B virus antibody results. The positive rate of HSV-1 related antibody was 65% (13/20). The positive rate of B virus antibody was 77.3% (17/22). In addition, the sera of 70 cynomolgus macaques negative for HSV-1 related antibodies detected by ELISA and EIA were sent to foreign countries for B virus antibody examination, and 7 cases were detected Positive (7/70), indicating that the detection rate of the B virus antigen used for checking animals infected with B virus is higher than that of the related antibody using HSV-1 as antigen. This result is not consistent with the conclusion reported in the domestic use of HSV-1 as an antigen and B virus as an antigen in animals infected with B virus, which needs to be further explored. s
