文章主要探讨当前在现代演剧中的舞台技术与管理工作。目前国内对于科学化、规范化的舞台管理体系研究的呼声日趋高涨,国内多个已建、新建剧院近年来的演出实践也反映出规范舞台技术与管理工作的迫切性和重要性。各剧场和演出团体都在探索适合自身发展的管理模式,但没有形成统一的管理标准,这也使得各个演出单位需要适应不同剧场的管理模式。作者通过多年的实践工作经验,总结了一套适应现代演剧的舞台技术与管理工作模式,以期为相关单位和从业者提供一些参考。
The article mainly discusses the current stage technology and management in modern drama. At present, the research on the scientific and standardized stage management system is getting louder and louder in China. The performance of several domestic theater and new theater in recent years also reflects the urgency and importance of standardizing stage technology and management. Theaters and performance groups are exploring suitable for their own development management mode, but did not form a unified management standards, which also makes the various performance units need to adapt to different theater management. Through years of practical experience, the author summarizes a set of stage technology and management mode that is suitable for modern drama, with a view to providing some reference for relevant units and practitioners.
