我们根据江西横峰县治疗冠心病的验方为基础、采用正交试验设计法,优选出以丹参、首乌、葛根、黄精制成的注射剂治疗冠心病,从药理实验及临床疗效的初步观察,均表明其疗效比丹参注射剂及复方丹参注射剂好,最近我们观察了二十一个住院病人的情况,对心绞痛有效率为90.4％;对高血脂症,血脂平均下降23mm％,高甘油三脂平均下降47.2mg％;对心电图ST段和T改善改者占75％。目前在医院已有肌肉,静脉注射剂供临床应用,现将初步研究结果报告如下。 Based on the prescription of treating coronary heart disease in Hengfeng County of Jiangxi Province, we used orthogonal experimental design method to optimize the injection of Danshen, Shouwu, Puerariae and Huangjing injections for the treatment of coronary heart disease. The preliminary observations from pharmacological experiments and clinical efficacy were conducted. It shows that its efficacy is better than that of Danshen injection and compound Danshen injection. Recently, we observed the condition of 21 inpatients, and the effective rate for angina was 90.4%; for hyperlipidemia, the average blood lipid decreased by 23mm%, and the average of high triglycerides decreased. 47.2mg%; 75% improvement in electrocardiographic ST segment and T improvement. Currently there are muscles in hospitals and intravenous injections are used for clinical applications. The preliminary results are reported below.
