目的 探讨高原地区藏族新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)患儿的血浆心钠素 (ANP)的动态变化特点。方法 应用放射免疫法检测 70例藏族HIE患儿生后 72小时 ,10天血浆ANP的含量并与 2 0例健康足月儿对照。结果 HIE急性期血浆ANP的含量在轻、中、重度组中依次为 (310 .2 5± 98.46 ) pg/ml,(35 4.49± 89.0 2 ) pg/ml,(379.2 0± 12 8.75 ) pg/ml比正常对照组 (96 .0 2± 2 8.5 1) pg/ml明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。HIE急性期血浆ANP含量与HIE程度密切相关 ,HIE越重 ,ANP值越高。结论 HIE时ANP参与调节过程。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in Tibetan neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in the plateau. Methods The plasma levels of ANP in 70 Tibetan HIE children at 72 hours and 10 days after birth were detected by radioimmunoassay and compared with 20 healthy full-term infants. Results The plasma levels of ANP in the acute stage of HIE were (310.25 ± 98.46) pg / ml, (35 4.49 ± 89.0 2) pg / ml and (379.2 ± 12 8.75) pg / ml was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (96.02 ± 2 8.5 1) pg / ml (P <0.01). The plasma levels of ANP in acute phase of HIE are closely related to the degree of HIE. The heavier HIE, the higher the ANP. Conclusions ANP is involved in the regulation of HIE.
