目的探讨自体血离体照射回输提高机体抗辐射能力及对机体正常组织的合理防护。方法自1996年1月至1997年5月对514例确诊癌症放疗、化疗的病人,随机分研究组(自体血离体照射回输)、对照组(常规治疗组),观察血疗前后免疫指标、白细胞变化、急、慢性放射性炎症的发生及治疗、癌症疼痛的止痛、生存质量及急性放疗反应与放疗平均剂量关系。结果自体血离体照射回输有提高机体自身免疫功能(体液免疫、细胞免疫),能显著迅速的升高白细胞,防治急、慢性放射性炎症,迅速镇痛及显著提高生存质量的功能。结论自体血离体照射回输提高机体抗辐射能力的原因,可能是细胞免疫及体液免疫水平的提高,使正常组织的耐受量比常规放疗组的耐受量明显提高,放疗、化疗反应明显减少,未对肿瘤组织起保护作用,对正常组织起了较为合理的防护作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-radiation ability of autologous blood transfusion in vitro and the reasonable protection of the normal tissues. Methods From January 1996 to May 1997, 514 patients who were diagnosed with cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into study group (autologous blood irradiation), control group (conventional treatment group), immune indexes before and after blood treatment , Leukocyte changes, the occurrence and treatment of acute and chronic radiation inflammation, analgesic pain, quality of life and the relationship between acute radiation response and average dose of radiotherapy. Results Autologous blood transfusion after irradiation could improve the body’s autoimmune function (humoral immunity and cellular immunity), significantly and rapidly increase leukocytes, prevent acute and chronic radiation inflammation, rapidly relieve pain and significantly improve the quality of life. CONCLUSION: The reason for the increase of body’s anti-radiation ability with autologous blood transfusion is probably due to the increase of cellular immunity and humoral immunity. The tolerance of normal tissue is obviously higher than that of conventional radiotherapy group, and the response to radiotherapy and chemotherapy is obvious Reduce, did not play a protective role of tumor tissue, plays a more reasonable protective effect on normal tissues.
