教师的教学任务是照顾到全班同学,不让一个学生掉队。所以教学中要照顾到各个层次的学生,如何照顾?就要因材施教进行个性化的有针对性的教学。分层教学是最有效的方式,而要把这种理念落到实处,是需要老师精心准备教学的。分层教学是重视学生的差异,并且利用一些合理的措施弥补这种差异。
The teacher’s teaching task is to take care of the entire class and prevent a student from falling behind.
