目的 阐明某市一起伤寒爆发的原因。方法 所有标本经增菌 ,分离培养后 ,挑取可疑菌纯培养 ,进行生化反应 ,血清学鉴定。结果 确诊病例 1 0 7例 ,以女性为主 ,与嗜吃冷食的饮食习惯有关。早期血培养阳性 83例 ,可疑面皮摊点检出伤寒沙门氏菌 8株 ,粪便检出 1 6株 ,饮用水样本未检出 ,可疑地点下水道水检出 2例。结论 本次伤寒爆发是因为食入凉拌面皮引发。加强流动摊点的管理 ,改善经营方式对防范肠道致病菌减少肠道传染病的发生和流行至关重要
Objective To clarify the causes of a typhoid outbreak in a city. Methods All specimens were enriched, isolated and cultured, pick suspicious pure culture, biochemical reactions, serological identification. Results A total of 107 cases were confirmed, mainly female, which were related to the eating habit of eating cold food. In the early blood culture positive 83 cases, suspicious dough stalls detected Salmonella typhi 8, stool detected 16 strains, drinking water samples were not detected, suspicious sites sewer water were detected in 2 cases. Conclusion This outbreak of typhoid is caused by ingestion of cold dough. To strengthen the management of mobile stalls and improve the mode of operation is essential to prevent the development of gut pathogens and reduce the occurrence and prevalence of intestinal infectious diseases
