执政就是执掌国家权力。执政伦理就是对执掌国家权力的伦理审视和道德追问。在传统向现代转型的这个特殊历史时期,社会各方压力对中国共产党执政提出了新挑战,也对战略机遇期中国共产党执政伦理重构提出了新期待。我们要重塑中国共产党执政伦理价值观、完善中国共产党执政制度伦理、提升中国共产党执政主体道德素质,促进中国共产党执政伦理的转型。
Ruling is in charge of state power. Ruling ethics is the ethical examination and moral pursuit of state power. In this special historical period from traditional transformation to modern times, pressure from all social parties posed new challenges to the CPC and brought forward new expectations for the rebuilding of the ruling ethics of the Communist Party of China during the period of strategic opportunities. We should reshape the ruling ethical values of the Communist Party of China, improve the ethics of the ruling system of the Communist Party of China, enhance the moral quality of the ruling party and promote the transformation of ruling ethics of the Chinese Communist Party.
