液压系统油液污染度在线实时监测是预防和早期诊断系统故障的有效方法之一，本文探讨了液压系统油液污染度在线监测的电导法原理，提出了基本单片机和Ｃ－Ｖ传感器、Ｗ－Ｖ传感器的油液污染度在线监测方法。
The on-line real-time monitoring of oil contamination in hydraulic system is one of the effective methods to prevent and diagnose the system failure in the early stage. This paper discusses the principle of conductance method for on-line monitoring of oil contamination in hydraulic system and presents the basic SCM and C-V sensor. V sensor oil pollution online monitoring method.
