2003年初,我因企业改制而走上了马鞍山市雨山区半山花园社区党总支书记的工作岗位。7年多来,我把为群众服务的宗旨融入到社区党建工作中,结合社区实际,在实践中摸索出了一套得到社区党员群众认可的党建工作方法,有效调动了社区党员群众参与社区建设的积极性,促进了社区各项工作的开展。
In early 2003, I embarked on the post of the Party branch secretary of the Mid-Levels Garden Community in Yu Shan District, Ma On Shan, due to the restructuring of enterprises. In the past seven years or so, I have incorporated the purpose of serving the masses into the work of Party building in the community. In combination with the actual conditions in the community, I worked out a set of party building work methods approved by the masses of Party members in practice, effectively mobilizing the participation of the community party members and masses in the community building Enthusiasm, and promote the community to carry out all the work.
