中国水利水电科学研究院蒋国澄、陈祖煜和朱伯芳三位教授在本院学报’98长江洪水专刊上撰文推荐了一种对隐患严重的堤防利用现代科技进行改造(如下图所示)的新型堤防。(1)在堤身和地基内建立垂直防渗帷幕,可在水力抽槽后灌注混凝土,或通过钻孔进行高压喷射灌注水泥浆,对次要堤防也可灌注黏土浆,但深覆盖层中的悬挂式帷幕效果不明显;(2)在堤的下游面建立反滤层,先铺土工
Jiang Guo-cheng, Chen Zu-yu and Zhu Bo-fang from the Chinese Academy of Water Resources and Hydropower Research wrote an article in the Journal of the Yangtze River Flood Special Journal 98 to recommend a new type of embankment that uses modern science and technology to transform hidden dikes (as shown in the figure below). (1) A vertical seepage curtain is to be set up in the bank and foundation. Concrete can be poured after the hydraulic pumping tank or grouted by high-pressure jet injection through the borehole. Clay slurry can also be poured on the secondary dike, but in the deep coating Hanging curtain effect is not obvious; (2) in the downstream embankment to establish the anti-filtration layer, first paved geotechnical
