液力传动内燃机车,采用部分充油及PID仪表控制角行程执行器,根据给定速度与机车速度,自动调节柴油机转速,使机车阻力与柴油机输出功率相对平衡,达到机车恒速、恒低速运行的目的,满足机车恒低速牵引,通过电子衡及其它恒低速作业的需要。对现有各种液力传动内燃机车,在不改变其原结构和原性能的情况下,可方便地增设恒低速自动控制装置。此系统经济实用,运行可靠,是机电一体化在内燃机车控制技术上的新探索。
