合肥地铁企业文化的建立是加快合肥地铁发展的重要载体,是提升安全管理的基础和灵魂,实施以“整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全”为主要内容的6S管理,是促进我合肥地铁乘务一中心更好的服务乘客,服务社会,推进合肥地铁成为地铁行业的弄潮儿的有效途径。本文主要阐述了合肥地铁乘务中心现有6S管理实施过程对比其他行业6S管理措施分析其优缺点,并提出合理化建议。
The establishment of Hefei subway corporate culture is an important carrier for accelerating the development of Hefei Metro. It is the basis and soul of promoting safety management.
