学生对“团结合作”有了丰富的感性认识,不陌生了,仿佛觉得是自己日常生活中该做的一件事通过教育让智障学生学会团结合作,是培智学校德育的重要任务,但由于智障学生诸多缺陷的影响,收效甚微,许多班主任都对智残学生“团结合作”教育问题感到困扰。一个互不谦让、互不团结、缺少合作和友情的班级氛围,既不利于学生学习和成长,也不利于班级工作顺利开展,许多班主任被这一困扰搅得“坐立不安”。因此,很有必要对智障学生“团结合作”教育问题深入研究,探求解决问题的有效途径。
