泥多、结晶粒度细、嵌布不均匀、与铁矿紧密共生的氧化锡矿在我公司锡矿生产中占主要的地位。合泥(指<74微米,石英标准,下同)量达50~80%。选矿厂约35~38%的尾矿损失中,目前重选不能回收的<74微米部分有12~13%的金属量,而>18微米的锡石单体还占着10~12.5%,其余者仍以细粒嵌布与铁矿物呈结合体.这种矿石性质使回收率难以提高。所以,加强锡矿泥处理的研究有着重要的意义。
