目的探讨三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗老年局部晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法 64例老年晚期食管癌患者分为两组,治疗组与对照组各32例,对照组单独给予化疗治疗,治疗组采用三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗。结果经过治疗后,治疗组的有效率为84.4%,对照组的有效率为53.1%,治疗组的临床有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年,两组患者中共有5例在术后死亡,占7.8%,其中对照组死亡4例,治疗组死亡1例,治疗组的死亡率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗老年局部晚期食管癌能有效提高治疗效果,同时降低死亡率,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly locally advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 64 elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group of 32 cases, the control group were given chemotherapy alone, the treatment group with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. Results After treatment, the effective rate was 84.4% in the treatment group and 53.1% in the control group. The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of elderly locally advanced esophageal cancer can effectively improve the treatment effect, while reducing mortality, it is worth promoting the application.
