在认真贯彻治理整顿和深化改革方针的时候,职工教育工作遇到一些新问题,不少从事职工教育工作的同志提出了“职教工作进入低谷”的看法。如何看待这个“低谷”?应该采取什么样的对策? 笔者认为,现在的“低谷”是相对于前几年的“高峰”而言的。前几年搞文化技术补课,热火朝天。如果我们对这个“火红的年代”仔细分析一下,不难看出如下特点:
