本文报道了288例14~86岁患者纤支镜检查前、中、后的连续血氧饱和度(SaO2)及心电监测结果。术前平均SaO2为97.17%。检查组术中平均降低2.09%,术后5分钟较术前降低1.7%。治疗组术中SaO2平均降低2.43%,术后5分钟较术前降低3.43%。术中心电图改变以窦性心动过速为主,占62%,原心电图不正常者术中心律失常加重为7%,原无心律失常者术中心律失常出现率为1.O%。由于纤支镜检术中抽查血气不便,我们认为无创的血氧饱和度、心电动态监测不失为一简单易行,可靠的监测手段。
This paper reports the continuous oxygen saturation (SaO2) and ECG monitoring results before, during and after the bronchoscopy of 288 patients aged 14 to 86 years. Preoperative mean SaO2 was 97.17%. The operation group average reduction of 2.09%, 5 minutes after surgery than preoperative reduction of 1.7%. In the treatment group, the average SaO2 decreased by 2.43% and decreased by 3.43% 5 minutes after operation. The change of electrocardiogram in electrocardiogram was mainly sinus tachycardia, accounting for 62%. The increase of intraoperative arrhythmia was 7% in patients with abnormal electrocardiogram. The incidence of arrhythmia in patients without previous arrhythmia was 1. O%. Due to the inconvenience of random sampling of blood gas in bronchoscopy, we believe that noninvasive blood oxygen saturation and dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring may be easy and reliable monitoring methods.
