目的:研究丹天颈舒胶囊的抗炎、镇痛及镇静作用。方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、棉球致小鼠肉芽肿实验观察该制剂的抗炎作用;通过小鼠热板法实验、小鼠醋酸扭体实验考察该制剂的镇痛作用;通过检测小鼠强迫性游泳“不动时间”及戊巴比妥钠延长睡眠实验考察该制剂的镇静作用。结果:丹天颈舒胶囊对二甲苯、角叉菜胶、棉球致肉芽肿炎症均具有不同程度的对抗作用,可抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性;对热刺激和化学物质刺激致痛动物均有显著的镇痛作用;使小鼠强迫游泳时间延长;显著延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间。结论:丹天颈舒胶囊具有显著的镇痛、抗炎、镇静的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and sedative effects of dantian jing shu capsule. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effect of the preparation was observed by swelling the auricle of mice with xylene, carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice, peritoneal capillary permeability in mice and granuloma caused by cotton balls in mice. The rat hot plate test and mouse acetic acid writhing test were used to investigate the analgesic effect of the preparation. The sedation of the preparation was tested by forced swimming, “fixed time” and pentobarbital sodium prolonged sleep test. Results: Dantianjinku capsule on paraxylene, carrageenan, granuloma caused by granulomatous inflammation have varying degrees of antagonism, can inhibit peritoneal capillary permeability in mice; heat stimulation and chemical stimulation of pain Animals have significant analgesic effect; prolonged forced swimming in mice; significantly prolonged sodium pentobarbital sleep time. Conclusion: Dantian Jingshu capsule has significant analgesic, anti-inflammatory and sedative effects.
