目的 :为探讨军队医院护理带教老师的素质。方法 :通过对实习后回校的护理学员采用问卷式调查的方法 ,评价军人和聘用护士的带教情况。结果 :16所医院的军人护士与聘用护士的护理带教素质有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,军人护士带教素质好于聘用护士。结论 :我军护理带教队伍整体素质还需进一步提高
Objective: To explore the qualities of paramedical teachers in military hospitals. Methods: By using questionnaire survey to the nursing students who returned to school after the internship, we evaluated the teaching situation of military personnel and employed nurses. Results: There were significant differences in the quality of nursing education among military nurses and employed nurses in 16 hospitals (P <0. 01). Military nurses were better educated than employed nurses. Conclusion: The overall quality of nursing staff in our military needs to be further improved
