研究戍炔雌醇（ＣＥＥ３）对妊娠大鼠的毒性和致畸胎作用。结果表明，ＣＥＥ３００５、０２５和１２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ３组于妊娠后７～１６天灌胃给药，可引起妊娠母鼠阴道出血和影响着床率。ＣＥＥ３３ｍｇ／ｋｇ组于妊娠后第１２天单次灌胃给药不引起妊娠母鼠阴道出血，而且受孕率亦正常。不同剂量ＣＥＥ３对胎鼠发育基本无影响。对不同剂量组活胎鼠进行检查，其外观、内脏和骨骼畸形均获得阴性结果。结果表明，ＣＥＥ３对胎鼠无致畸胎作用
To study the toxicity and teratogenic effects of ethinyl estradiol (CEE3) on pregnant rats.
