我厂第二生活区供水系统中使用两台加压泵,用水高峰期两台泵同时运行,低谷期关闭一台。因用水不均,供水压力是人工根据用水量大小开停加压泵来调节的.不但水压波动大,且耗水耗电严重。因此,利用变频调速系统对该供水系统进行了改造。 控制原理框图见附图。该系统由单片机(8031),压力传感器,变频器,加压泵M_1、M_2等组成。
Two pressurizing pumps are used in the water supply system in the second living area of our factory. Two pumps are running at the same time during the peak period of water consumption and one is off during the low season. Because of uneven use of water, the pressure of water supply is artificially adjusted according to the amount of water used to start or stop the pressure pump. Not only the water pressure fluctuates greatly, but also the consumption of water and electricity is severe. Therefore, the water supply system was modified using a variable frequency speed control system. The block diagram of the control principle is shown in the attached figure. The system consists of a single-chip microcomputer (8031), pressure sensor, frequency converter, pressure pump M_1, M_2 and so on.
