目的探讨宫腔镜配合超导可视妇科手术仪诊治人工流产后异常阴道出血的作用。方法 2006年3月至2009年12月新乡市妇幼保健院对人流术后异常阴道出血者,先采用宫腔镜检查,了解宫腔形状,宫腔内残留物性质大小及附着部位,在超导可视下清除宫腔内容物。结果 59例均发现妊娠物残留,机化血块组织。一次清除率100%。术后病检绒毛组织31例,蜕膜组织18例,机化血块组织10例,宫腔镜检查结果与病理检查结果符合率为100%。结论宫腔镜联合超导可视诊治人流后异常出血,不仅检查直接、清晰诊断准确率高,而且阴式超声引导下清除率高,有效避免清宫不全或过度清宫子宫内膜损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopy combined with superconducting visual gynecological surgical instrument in the treatment of abnormal vaginal bleeding after induced abortion. Methods From March 2006 to December 2009, Xinxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital for abnormal vaginal bleeding after abortion, the first use of hysteroscopy to understand the shape of the uterine cavity, the size of intrauterine residue and attachment sites in the superconducting Uterine cavity under the visual content. Results of 59 cases were found pregnancy residue, machine clot tissue. A clearance rate of 100%. Postoperative pathological examination, 31 cases of chorionic tissue, 18 cases of decidual tissue, machine clot tissue in 10 cases, hysteroscopy and pathology results in line with the rate of 100%. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with superconducting visual diagnosis and treatment of abnormal bleeding after abortion, not only check the direct and clear diagnostic accuracy rate, but also under the guidance of vaginal ultrasound high clearance, effectively prevent incomplete or excessive clearance of endometrial damage.
